While working with technology ppt presentation, you may often hear <Work window>. What if a person does not know what is it. Work Window is the place where you type in, format or edit any information. If you need the work table to disappear, you will have to click somewhere outside it. If you want the work table to appear once again, you should place the pointer on your ppt slide. It will be changed to four headed arrow. You need to click it twice. It is recommended to use gridlines. In order to add them:
1.    Click at any part of the table.
2.    Go to <Table> menu and click <Show Gridlines>.
